Customer Support 

It is very important that all our customers' web sites operate smoothly and are on line all the time. Downtime for any web site is inconvenient and causes problems.  We are constantly monitoring all our websites so that we know if there are any problems and can contact the relevant hosting company straight away. 

If a customer spots a problem though, maybe one that doesn't neccessarily mean the site is offline,  all AIP customers have access to us via our free telephone number 0800 138 3602, Instant Messaging, and by email.  

Customers can also send an email to the address given in their welcome information and customer newsletter to obtain support if there is a problem.

We use several different companies to host our customers' websites and we are constantly reviewing the reliablility of the different companies.  We will move sites if required.
